This is my favorite recipe for a blueberry and banana smoothie!
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla hemp protein and fiber powder - I like hemp yeah
Directions:
- Add banana, frozen blueberries, almond milk, and protein powder to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
