Blueberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

This is my favorite recipe for a blueberry and banana smoothie!



Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla hemp protein and fiber powder - I like hemp yeah

Directions:

  1. Add banana, frozen blueberries, almond milk, and protein powder to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
