Happy 2nd Birthday, Pharaby!
This week we celebrated Pharabys 2nd birthday! On Sunday we went shopping for fun toys and treats at Petco. Monday I decorated for her birthday & made her some cupcakes (recipe below). Her birthday was on Tuesday & on that day we went to the park, she unwrapped her gifts & we had cake!
Cupcakes recipe
2 cups organic all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup natural sugar
3 ripe bananas
1 cup applesauce
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375ºf (190ºc)
Grease 12 muffin cups
Step 2
Mix all dry ingredients, then add bananas & applesauce.
Step 3
Pour into muffin cups to about 3/4 full
Step 4
Bake for approximately 20 mins
